Our first cleaning was great but on the second time he did not fold clothes as stated that comes with the service it was already washed. Did not Mop our our rooms. He is super nice just needs more attention to detail

The services mentioned in the agreement was not done only basic cleaning of bathroom and kitchen was done.

I have had another cleaning service in the recent past. Double the cost and not nearly as thorough. When I walked in the door after a long day, I cannot tell you how beautiful my home looked. Everything from floors to ceiling were spotless. Tommie is an absolute gem. Thank you Tommie, perfection!

Nouria did a thorough job but I felt she could have done a lot more in the 4 hours. She did 2 full baths which are mostly clean and new, 1 half bath and only vacuumed my downstairs. She was out of time to do anything else. Usually cleaners I have hired before are able to do lot more in 4 hours. but she is very sweet, respectable and did a great job of what she did.

The only issue i had is i think her vacuum may not have been as strong as mine, so I’ll ask if she can use my Dyson next time, but otherwise, my house is the cleanest it’s been in a long time.

She is nice overall but she did vacuum rooms which was not great. There are dust and pieces still on the floor even she vacuum and she agreed that her vacuum cleaner is not good and cannot pick small particles. I believe she needs to have a new better vacuum cleaner to perform her work more efficiently.
