Civic arrived right on time with all his cleaning equipment based on what we asked him to do. On arrival Civic clarified what we expected him to complete and he was off on his own completing one task after another in a very organized and logical manner. He worked diligently the entire time and was out the door in less time than booked (saving us money in the end.)

Civic was awesome! He was on time, actually early!! He did everything I asked, including a lot of dusting around many pictures and things. After doing a great job dusting, and put everything back exactly perfectly! He did a good job with everything.

She was good - perhaps a little too thorough in some areas and not intense enough in others. To be fair, I had to put some time pressure on her because of an unexpected conflict which arose.

Autumn did amazing with cleaning what I needed done in the short time I had available. My favorite thing was she asked me to inspect and let her know if I needed anything touched up before she left. Definitely using again!

Rhonda did arrive late but let me know she would be. She cleaned the entire time but I was surprised she had a man with her who spent almost the entire time in the guest bath. He was cleaning but that was kind of weird. Overall I am pleased.

I will use a different cleaner for future cleanings. I think she does the best she can. I had to re-mop as I could see her footprints left behind. She is a wonderful lady, She left the surfaces sparkling, but her overall service does not work for me.
