Terrible. She came with 2 others and said the work listed was too much to do although the woman (Louvre) did his all by herself last time. Marveli said is was too much and left. I called her again a few minutes later and she said she was close to home and wouldn’t come back. Terrible lack of service. 3 baths and floors too much? Ridiculous. Same as last time with only one person.

Kiyomi is great. She has her own business so sometimes brings a helper. My favorite is the woman who came today, an older grandmother type who is super sweet and extremely thorough. In the past if there was anything overlooked Kiyomi has made sure to make things right. I appreciate her help in our home.

She cleaned the oven, the frig, the dishwasher and the tile floor with a spinning brush I have never seen anything like it. I give Leslie 10 out of 5 stars.

He was extremely precise and efficient. He took the time to be as detailed as possible in the cleaning and was very respectful of my space. He also made sure to ask any questions if he needed to move something and asked me if there was anything in particular I wanted to have cleaned more specifically.
