Great! Taylor is efficient and follows my requests of using the Norwex products I own to clean many surfaces.

If you love your house to smell clean then Victoria is the cleaner you should have clean your house I have had many different cleaners and she is the best out of all the cleaners I have had.

Pretty sure you have not cleaned my house 11 times. I have had more no shows than cleaners. Can’t wait for my contract to be up. I would never recommend this company. Charlene however was a great cleaner

Lakisha arrived with lots of cleaning supplies and did an excellent job. Her timelieness and attention to detail are just a few reasons why I'll be hiring her again.

Scheduled originally for 1PM - somehow Homeaglow Staging Staging Staging Staging Staging moves it to 11:30AM - Shirley accepted the original time of 1PM. Apparently there was some miscommunication as she started around 1:15PM and left before 4PM when I had scheduled a 3.5 hour cleaning. Hopefully she moves it to a 2.5 hour cleaning instead. She seems like a hard worker and did a fairly good job.

Devanettie did excellent work. She was professional and had great customer service. I would definitely book again!

Chyvonne was very through and quick. And as a person, she has great character, and was very easy to talk to. I look forward to the next appointment.

I will only ever book with Chrisma, she is through and tries to be as flexible as possible to our schedule.

The floors on the first floor were cleaned well and I would have appreciated more cleaning in the upstairs bathroom tub.

Bathrooms were done very well. Luis seemed very professional. A white film was left on top of the laminate flooring throughout the house. I did have to go over the floor with a bucket of water and a rag.

I requested bathrooms, floors and dusting and that was completed. The cleaner used for the floors left blotches and did not look good. The shower door was not cleaned well either. Hopefully another cleaning product can be used along with more attention to the shower door.

Lisa did another amazing job. I was however surprised that Homeaglow Staging Staging Staging Staging Staging charges a 15% processing fee for credit cards. I was very disappointed with Shanika when I found out she was padding her hours. She charged me for 3 hrs and she was only here for 1 and a half hrs. The next time she charged me for 3 hrs but she was only here for 2 hrs. I had 3 brand new containers of Lysol wipes and when she left 2 of them were missing. I did ask her these incidents with no response back

Ayotunde takes pride in her work and asked me what I wanted to accomplish in the time allotted. She continued to communicate with me throughout the appointment, but I feel she could’ve worked more quickly.

She did a very good job. She was friendly and did everything I asked. The reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is it was scheduled for 11am, she was running behind and pushed it to noon. Then still was 5 minutes late. Once she arrived she did get right to work and did the full 3 hours. I would want her back in the future and if she is on time I would then say 5 stars.
