He is thorough, but did not complete major items I had asked him to do such as dusting (LR is still dusty). Guest room bed linens not changed, or room vacuumed. If you just paid to have your house cleaned would’nt you expect dusting to be done? It’s the first thing you notice when you come in…dust. Laundry (towels) were not completed. Left in washer. He strictly ran out of time.

Nicole arrived on time. She was very friendly and got right to work. She did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend her to others. My sink had problems with drainage so she went the extra mile by making a makeshift sink using two large plastic containers. What a great worker she turned out to be.

Mary is the hardest, most diligent worker of any sort I have had the pleasure of associating with. This was her second visit and she needed no direction and just got right to work and I could just leave her completely alone. The result is again a jaw dropping, sparkling new home and I am so happy and grateful. Mary exceeds expectations and she is so pleasant. I chose to tip her in person.

A bit disappointed that we found numerous cobwebs and the windows weren’t cleaned. Hard to say if the baseboards were cleaned. It was an empty townhouse. The kitchen and bathrooms looked good.

I would of given 5 stars if the items on shelves, counter tops and window sills were not all moved to different places then I had them and the floors were all thoroughly vacuumed. Ana was punctual , pleasant, and went right to work cleaning. My windows, bathrooms, and kitchen all were well cleaned. I will use her services again.
