Emily is very pleasant, Wasn't able to complete request within allotted time. Master bathroom took alot of time. After she left I examined bathrooms. Found some areas that were not well cleaned. I am willing to have Emily come for August 7th, if she is available and will show here areas where she can improve. Will also increase time to 3 hours. Thank you.

Great attitude! Did a good job in the bathroom which was my main focus when booking. Paid attention to every detail. Did not utilize the entire 2 hours, but there was nothing more for her to clean.

It was clean, but the arrival time changed twice and was still late. Luckily, my mother in law was able to stay behind to show the area that needs to be cleaned as we had plans already.

David listened to uniquely special instructions for my needs & completed them.Provided a nice detailed cleaning in the time allotted!

Beat cleaner i have had so far, but habitually late. He does have excellent communication though. Polite, and did a good job. I hope I can get him on my next appointments. EDIT: unfortunately I have not been able to get him back again and the new person they sent me stood me up with no response. I’m discontinuing service with the company.
