Nicole worked hard and did not even eat her lunch. I was confused and disappointed my 4 toilets were not cleaned inside because she didn’t see the bathroom that had the toilet cleaning caddy. She didn’t have enough time to mop the floors too.

Bonus points for anrriv early and getting to work immediately. Dusting could have been better but overall still good.

This was my very first time using cleaning service. I didn't know what to expect actually. I guess for first time I needed more than 4 hours. She wasnt able to touch any of the 3 bed rooms or finish the full bathroom. What I love. The dishes were done. What needs to work on. Kitchen island still had food stain and still dust bunny in the corner of the floor. Overall I guess it wasnt too bad.

The cleaning was great! She is the best I’ve had in the quality of the clean, but the cleaning took too long. The office, a half bathroom and a full bathroom were not cleaned because it had been 6 hours since she arrived and we had to leave. Otherwise she is very professional and great quality.

This arrangement is working out great - we both clean while she is here - she does what is difficult for me and I get results I cannot get doing the work alone. This is so much better than having 4 people in at once and not being able to afford another cleaning for a month. The house is getting better with every visit - not always returning to square one.
