Derrick was fantastic! He was meticulous and patient with what I asked. He also had a great disposition. His work was excellent. I definitely would use him again. He was really good at organizing and not just cleaning. I tipped him already in person.

Lacey worked for 3 hrs (12:30 to 3:30 pm). She did a great job and should be paid for the full 3 hrs

Thank you for cleaning kitchen and living room, it’s clean but cleaner only clean half of the house. The house has 4 floor, you were only clean main floor and master bedroom’s bathroom. Basement and thirdfloor wasn’t touched.

This was my very first time using cleaning service. I didn't know what to expect actually. I guess for first time I needed more than 4 hours. She wasnt able to touch any of the 3 bed rooms or finish the full bathroom. What I love. The dishes were done. What needs to work on. Kitchen island still had food stain and still dust bunny in the corner of the floor. Overall I guess it wasnt too bad.
