Crystal was great. She was thorough with the areas she cleaned but she did have to re-clean areas worked by her partners. Happy she made sure things were done right.

My dirty house always looks like it died and went to heaven after Lidia comes by. It sparkles! She's terrific!!

Michelle was late, but kept in touch so I knew when she was arriving. Michelle is very personable and a great cleaner!!

Cassondra and David always do a great job! When I come home from work, I feel relief they have came and made my life easier by getting my house so clean! My all marble master bath is a big project and it always looks wonderful and I don’t know how she gets the glass shower so clean! I always appreciate their great work!

Poor communication- I tried to clarify a few things that were priority where we had been messaging ( his first message reply was at 2am) and no responses and these things weren’t done. I would have been fine if he could have explained there wasn’t time or just communicated better. The floors look really good.

Kenya understood the request of cleaning the bathrooms but she seemed to work a little slow going over by 30 minutes and still missing parts of each bathroom (didn't clean the mirrors.) I am very pleased with how each of the tubs and showers look though.

She move the rugs to clean underneath them and steam mopped my entire wood floor it looks almost brand new. She’s even better than the last cleaner that I used for a year I’m really impressed with her I hope she stays my cleaner every time.
