Poor communication- I tried to clarify a few things that were priority where we had been messaging ( his first message reply was at 2am) and no responses and these things weren’t done. I would have been fine if he could have explained there wasn’t time or just communicated better. The floors look really good.

Kenya understood the request of cleaning the bathrooms but she seemed to work a little slow going over by 30 minutes and still missing parts of each bathroom (didn't clean the mirrors.) I am very pleased with how each of the tubs and showers look though.

Abby did a great job and was also very sweet to pick up a last minute assignment that made a huge difference for me.

There maybe just be a few tiny things I would cleaned more, but you can always tell her that next time. But amongst everyone else, she's the best.
