Marialana was very cheerful and did a great job cleaning the kitchen and bathroom. I was however disappointed that she cleaned for 1.5 hours but charged for the full 3 hours booked. I requested a refund for 1 hour & didn't receive it.

Katherine did an amazing job. Probably the most thorough deep cleaning I’ve had done in a long time. I highly recommend her service, and hope to have her service again in the future. The BEST!!!

Amazing Sharai is amazing! She got my house in better shape than I’ve been able to in a while. She was so kind with my kids and was really nice to talk to. As a mom of 2 littles I don’t get a lot of adult conversation. She was a great detail oriented cleaner she got to things I haven’t been able to in a while because of my health.

Marci was great!!!!! I did tip her in person with flowers, but, moving forward, will tip her in cash or app. We would love to have her back

Cassondra seemed a like slow, as she was upstairs doing 2 bathrooms the entire 2 1/2 hours. David however cleaned 3 windows, 2 small bathrooms and the Kitchen. All in all it was a great day.

My house was sparkling clean and smelled awesome. Amberlee had attention to details. I loved my clean house.

Marci spent 7 hours deep-cleaning my house and refrigerator. She was very professional and efficient. She did a great job and the whole house looks and smells much better! I only wish we would have prioritized vacuuming the living room higher because we ran out of time at the end.

Michelle did a nice job on the bathrooms and floor, my mistake for thinking the counter tops, dining room table, side tables, etc. would automatically be done. Next time i will specify i need the entire small apartment cleaned. What i am more concerned about are the many charges to my American Express. I need someone to call me to go over the fees.

He did a good job. There were a couple spots missed (he cleaned the counters, but failed to move the coffee maker and missed the back of the kitchen sink) but overall I'm happy with the service. I do wish he was able to clean more rooms in the time he had, but he did good quality work.

Enjoyed having Cassie and David in our home today. Only negatives were they were nearly two hours late and they worked for just 4 1/2 hrs, even though they were scheduled to work for 6 hours.

First of all SUPER FRIENDLY and has a great DEMEANOR/ATTITUDE. Secondly, she got all the things that I wanted done and did everything super well. I ABSOLUTELY loved how good she cleaned the tub and countertops! Everything else was great too. She makes you feel like like a friend but cleans like no one’s business. Definitely have her clean for you!!

Laura actually showed up. The other cleaners have no shows. She completed the cleaning in less than the three hours but go ahead and pay her for the entire three hours as a tip she was pleasant and completed the job.

This was terrible. Shewas supposed to be here at 7am. she showed up at 8am. she was supposed to clean for 4 hours and have the home ready for Thanksgiving. She left my house at 10:30am. No bedrooms were touched, the kitchen is a mess and the home virtually looks like it did when she arrived. I am beyond frustrated!
