Changed my original rating of unsatisfactory because she reached out and took ownership of the mistakes that were done which means alot and I'd recommend and even use her again. Sometimes it's all about open communication.

Angel showed up on time. She worked the entire time she was supposed to. Overall she did a good job, however I did have to ask to redo part of one room. She did so without complaint.

Awesome again! My husband and I were headed out of town so she was here with my 18 year old daughter. My daughter even said that she was so sweet and she hopes she continues to clean for us. All of the kids were very impressed by how well she cleaned their bathroom!

Good service except the dusting needs to be done more for a 6 hour booking because floors was still dusty and so as the window blinds. Communicated with customer respectfully. Her rate is affordable compare to others. I will recommend her for regular cleaning.

As always, Juana was absolutely wonderful. She does a great job. Since I work from home, she's very conscious about the amount of noise she makes while I'm on conference calls, arranging her work to minimize distractions. She has a very sweet and joyous disposition even when you can tell she's a bit tired.
