We were rushed that day but the next day we discovered trash under the beds and the shower had not been rinsed out properly. That has not happened before. I am sure had I not rushed her everything would have been done properly.

Jasmine is great, I appreciate her work and flexibility. She worked only fir a short period, my mistake, I was no able to utilize her fir the entire 3 hours, only between 2-2.5 hrs.

She did a great job with the overall cleaning but for some reason did laundry when I didn’t request it and the blankets she washed were either put on the bed still damp or shouldn’t have been washed at all (weighted blanket).

Casey was excellent. She was very thorough and organized with her cleaning process. She gave me a neat little checklist to show everything that she had cleaned. She also got things looking shiny and brand new again. No other cleaner has gotten my shower so clean. I love her! She's the best.

It's a plus to me that she, SOMEHOW, motivates my son to clean his room himself, which gives her less of a problem. If she could come everyday, I would have her do just that!!!

Nice lady. But I had to remind her to vacuum the closets. And she left some cleaning rags behind and didn't replace the liner in the bathroom trash. Also found some cobwebs behind the blinds in my bedroom that she missed.
