She arrived on time, very pleasant she explained a lot about the appt that I did not understand. It is just basically surface cleaning and vaccuming. Dusting the dust only what can be seen they donāt move objects. That requires deep cleaning. Did a good cleaning of the bath rooms and what she was allowed to do with a reg cleaning.

Some things look great like the fridge. Other things donāt look touched. Like kids beds werenāt made Tile in kitchen doesnāt look swept or mopped. Wondering if she did the kids room other than a quick vacuum ? We were gone all day.
Overall happy with the service Steven provided , all rooms were completed , all furniture was dusted as asked , blinds were dusted and completed Steven was detailed in his goals to make sure each and every room was completely cleaned !
