She had trouble understanding English she also had to use our vacuum and our swifter our floors are a special hardwood and had to tell her they cannot be wet mopped my husband was able to fix our stiffer but she broke the liquid that went in there so have to buy another one she did a good job though other then that I just wish she understood me better

Tiffany was great. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because she used a scented cleaner on the oven which made an interesting smell when I went to use it again. To be clear, it wasn't a chemical smell as you might expect from an oven cleaner, but something like fabuloso.

Shonda was amazing. I’m awkward as it is as she just got to work. Kinda understanding the things that pile up until they get to the point where you wouldn’t even want people over. Looking at It now it was definitely worth it. To be frank I don’t really understand the recurring system but again Shonda was wonderful.
