Nils was very nice and did an ok job. Next time I’d rather they spend time mopping, wiping down the fridge, dusting and cleaning the binds versus emptying the dishwasher and leaving 30 minutes early. But I didn’t communicate that prior to the appointment so totally my fault. They did an ok job.

Jennifer did an excellent job! Arrived on time, did great work, finished early. Would love to have Jennifer clean for us again.

Very happy with Jenny. She has been the only cleaner to actually clean the grout on my bathroom floor (which is a task that I hate -we just tried an acid wash too) and giving it some extra love she seemed to make the grout look so clean.

The cleaning Prentice did was great, but he didn't have enough time to finish. I think it was a combination of 2 hours not being enough, first time at the house, and he's very thorough which slows him down. Living, Family, Dining, Primary, and 2.5 baths was too much for 2 hours. Is it possible to add a 2nd person for the 2 hours and I'll pay for 4 hours?

She was so great and cheerful with my kids! Great cleaner and understood my kids don’t always put things away. :)

Thorough cleaning . Even put clean sheets on the bed for me. Only concern was a lot of cleaning powder residue left all over bathroom door

Aura confirmed she’d arrive at 8:30, and texted shortly after saying she was on her way, but did show up until 9:45 - it wasn’t a big deal because I didn’t have anywhere I had to be right afterwards, but I was starting to get concerned. Didn’t quite get everything done, but it’s a big house. She was friendly and worked hard.

Sarah was terrific! Thorough, fast, and I loved that she shared the products she used so I can maintain it in between cleanings.

Malinda did a fantastic job cleaning. She was efficient and thorough and brought all the needed cleaning supplies. I appreciated the subtle use of fragrance, smelled clean but not sterile hospital like. She was late (reason for not giving 5 starts) but I appreciated that she showed up at all as I had been rescheduled and canceled numerous times before on this service.

If you need specific times, Kierra may not be a good fit. 3 hours late. She did make up the lateness by cleaning 1.5 hours longer!!! Did a pretty good job. Thank you so much !!!!

Danielle was very caring about the work. I am just unhappy with her wrapping up skills. She left a chewing gum on my kitchen counter. She also left one of her cleaning towels under my dining table. Both of these are really unhygienic particularly when I have a 14 months old toddler.

Molly does an extraordinary good job. She pays attention to details, cleans under and behind furniture, gets down on her hands and knees to get every bit of dog hair. My house sparkles when Molly is done. Yea n top of that she is friendly and cheerful.

She is such a nice lady, with tons of energy and amazing behavior. She didn’t waste time at all. Whatever we had identified as the order of priority, she followed that and did an amazing job finishing the work.

Aura arrived late so I wasn't feeling too positive about her. Boy, was I wrong. I asked her to dust and vac several rooms and mop the kitchen floor. I don't expect my cleaner to move all the clutter on various tables, but Aura did. She not only mopped the kitchen, she cleaned countertops, again moving cluttter, and even washed some dishes that were in the sink. Please send her again!!!

Bill is excellent, Bill arrived on time, finshed the jobs listed in less time then anticipated. Bill was super friendly and did fantastic job cleaning. We will book Bill for sure for our forthcoming visits also with out second thought.

OMG she cleaned, vac, mopped, dusted, family room, dining room, front room, hall, master bedroom, cleaned 2 bath rooms. The house smelled so clean. Upon her return in January 2022 the cleaning will be easier since I won't be sick, hopefully, like the past 2 months. Love the detailed work she did.

Rachelle picked up my cleaning reservation at the last moment as my scheduled cleaner had car trouble. Just for that she deserves a commendation! When Tom said he specialized in deep cleaning, it’s no joke!! We only booked a few hours of service because of nap time but our bathrooms and floor (and a few other places) looked stunning! This was my first appointment with Aura. She came at 12:30…didn’t understand why. But She did a wonderful job. Aura is quiet but very friendly and polite. I’d be happy to have her again.
