Shakira is hard-working and always professional. We have an Airbnb and she does our house as well. She troubleshoots and asks questions when Airbnb guests have made a mess or damage. We really appreciate her hardwork.

Terrible. She came with 2 others and said the work listed was too much to do although the woman (Louvre) did his all by herself last time. Marveli said is was too much and left. I called her again a few minutes later and she said she was close to home and wouldn’t come back. Terrible lack of service. 3 baths and floors too much? Ridiculous. Same as last time with only one person.

Kiyomi is great. She has her own business so sometimes brings a helper. My favorite is the woman who came today, an older grandmother type who is super sweet and extremely thorough. In the past if there was anything overlooked Kiyomi has made sure to make things right. I appreciate her help in our home.

Aaliyia was great she arrived on time and even left little candies on my bed in a happy face which i found very cute . Before she left she repeatedly asked if i was 100 percent satisfied and showed me her work i definitely will be hiring again .

Te’ is awesome. I really enjoy working with her. Very professional at everything. Always willing to help provide awesome cleaning suggestions. Te’ is always on point and in tune. At this point she can even read my concerns. Always on time ,ready to work, great with pets and Children ( all ages). You can smell Te’ was in your home and see it.

Idk if there is training for employees but I was under the impression I would get a thorough clean. I am satisfied with the end cleaning and the comfortable present I felt.
