Raynold cleaned my apartment and I was not happy with the results , he left trash out and the floors were still dirty . I paid extra to have the sheets washed and they were still wet and the duvet was not put on . I had a guest coming and they were so disappointed when they arrived at how dirty the apartment was . Raynold offered to come back but but that time it was too late .

Jane was great! She arrived promptly and we told her we just needed a deeper clean and she ran with it. She did an amazing job and cleaned things we didn’t even know we needed cleaned.

Kiyomi is great. She has her own business so sometimes brings a helper. My favorite is the woman who came today, an older grandmother type who is super sweet and extremely thorough. In the past if there was anything overlooked Kiyomi has made sure to make things right. I appreciate her help in our home.

He was extremely precise and efficient. He took the time to be as detailed as possible in the cleaning and was very respectful of my space. He also made sure to ask any questions if he needed to move something and asked me if there was anything in particular I wanted to have cleaned more specifically. Shanice did a nice job, worked quickly. I would have liked her to do a deeper cleaning and use the mop instead of a swiffer, as that leaves a sticky residue. But I didn’t insist.

Te’ is awesome. I really enjoy working with her. Very professional at everything. Always willing to help provide awesome cleaning suggestions. Te’ is always on point and in tune. At this point she can even read my concerns. Always on time ,ready to work, great with pets and Children ( all ages). You can smell Te’ was in your home and see it.

Isaiah was incredible: punctual, thorough, polite, professional, and good with dogs. My home has never been this clean! His attention to detail and thoroughness was truly impressive! He vacuumed/dusted every nook and cranny and I will definitely be booking him again in the future.
