Victoria did a nice job once she arrived. However, she does need to be more cognoscente of her timing as she failed to come on Saturday as was our appointment and did not tell me until the following morning that she was going to try to come on Sunday. It really messed up my personal plans.

Nichoel was super friendly and smart! Didn’t need to be told what to do and left our house so clean! Can’t wait to use her services again.

Damons does an excellent job, my only complaint is I have dogs and they are my babies and this is their home. I don’t like having to lock them away they are friendly they may sniff you but that’s their job when you enter their home . I. Need someone who is pet friendly

A little superficial-eg stove top not quite cleaned, wiped down glass left with streaks, not all dishes done. Not bad but seemed to want to finish & get out quick. 20 minutes late & left 20 minutes early

Kendra was great. She organized some of my bathroom products and put it in boxes so they're not all over the counter and I appreciate that and she's great at the floor and vacuuming and is very fast and gets everything done in the 3 hours. I'll hire her again

Kristopher did a smashing cleaning job , I’m very happy. But What about the laundry, haft was left in a bundle in the basket, and half still in the dryer. I expected it to be finished and properly folded.

2nd cleaning with Terrance was very good! He’s detailed and he is very helpful whenever I ask him to do something.

Overall, Lexia was good. She was really nice and friendly. Everything that she cleaned was good. she just missed cleaning the shower/tub in one of the bathrooms. I had to leave after the cleaning so didn't really notice until after. With that said, I know you will get better and better with each clean and I would recommend her.

Much better and is getting the sparkle done that I like to see . That extra touch makes a huge difference. She finally got it . I give her 5 stars .

Lanesha was pleasant and professional. She followed my directions to a “T” and now I have a sparkling kitchen and lovely clean floors as requested. I am hoping to have her as my regular cleaning professional. I highly recommend her.

Damon’a was great, however I’m moving and have to cancel a membership that I don’t even know what it cost. I’d love to have her back once my move is complete. Unfortunate turn of events required that I leave this home by July 18th. I am not willing to pay for someone else’s cleaning. So please cancel my membership

This cleaning was still good, but I wasn't as happy with it as I usually am. There was still dust along baseboards and in corners, and a few other little issues. Christina was a bit late and left about 20 minutes before the full 6 hours was up.
