Angelica was a great “ pay attention to detail” cleaner however she was late on both times I requested her services. I had to cancel the second time I scheduled her because she was an hour late. After the first time of being late 4+ hours. It’s a shame because I loved how she cleaned

A little superficial-eg stove top not quite cleaned, wiped down glass left with streaks, not all dishes done. Not bad but seemed to want to finish & get out quick. 20 minutes late & left 20 minutes early

Anastasiia was ontime, courteous and super efficient. She paid attention to the specific areas I pointed out as priorities [bathrooms & kitchen.] It was the biggest relief and help to have her come by the apartment today and get it back into shape after traveling for a month.

Good. But I realized later he left a bag of trash at my front door. He mopped his way to the door leaving so I had a stack of throw rugs to pick up from the floor to replace. That wouldn't be bad except that I'd told him I had 3 pinched nerve areas in my back & that's why I don't clean my house well on my own. :-(

Cynthia was great. Previous cleaners wanted upcharges for windows or baseboards or whatever. Cynthia came in scheduled for 4 hours and worked the entire time making sure the house was done correctly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again.

Thank you Deangelo, it was pleasure. When he arrived here he immediately went to work, and the house started to smell so fresh and clean. The only issue I had was our tile floors. They just didn’t seem very clean, for a 4 hour cleaning . But overall, I’m pretty happy with the job Deangelo did. I opted to give a cash tip.

This cleaning was still good, but I wasn't as happy with it as I usually am. There was still dust along baseboards and in corners, and a few other little issues. Christina was a bit late and left about 20 minutes before the full 6 hours was up.

I did this already; I said Ronnell moved quietly and efficiently through the house. He was on time, but had parked so I couldn't see he'd arrived; I was watching for his car. He called and told me he was outside and we figured it out. His products make the house smell good. I told him I wasn't sure of date for the next visit, he was OK with that.

Samantha came and did exactly what I asked her to do. She was very fast and very thorough.even at the end when my husband threw a temper tantrum she still continued to help me finish cleaning areas. He did not designate that needed to be cleaned. But I really liked Samantha and she did exactly what I asked her to do.
