While Ashley arrived late because of traffic, she didn't stop from the time she arrived until the time was up. She did a great job and I have booked her again.

Camille was nice! Found issues with my dust in areas I didn’t notice and got rid of all the dust. Now less issues with allergies from the dust that was there. I tipped in person.

Camille did a great job cleaning. I asked her for a deep clean on the bathrooms and she delivered! Even though she cleaned our 2.5 baths thoroughly, she still had time to tidy up around the rest of the house as well. Super! And punctual! Thank you, Camille!

Claudia was good and thorough that’s probably why she didn’t have enough time to do my kitchen and dining room . I bought a 6hour service but only stayed for 3 ,she has a girl with her . I tip her 20 but Ididn’t know that if you tip online you could get credit for it on your next service-just a hint for first time patrons.

He was patient, attentive and thorough. “He was a very nice man!” — my Aunt was very impressed and is willing to have him back which was our main concern. She was very nice and super friendly. She did her best, just couldn’t complete everything within 6hrs. We noticed a weird smell in the rooms with carpet and rugs after she vacuumed. I think there is something wrong with her vacuum cleaner, she may need to get it checked or cleaned.

Laura did a great job cleaning our home. She paid attention to details especially the baseboards. I would recommend Laura and have her back. The only reason this isn’t 5 stars is because she was only able to finish 2 levels of our home (we have a cape style house) in the time allotted.

Rolston is very kind and does whatever we tell him to do. He needs good guidance to complete the work, seems he is little new to this kind of work. But he is good and is capable of doing upon our suggestions and guidance.

Thank you, but Some stuff I had to clean myself, even tho I have mentioned the most important parts of what I want in description and said it again upon arrival… + had to ask to clean twice things. It doesn’t work. Overall she is nice. But I wouldn’t book again with this agency you never know what you get last minute. Gonna stick to people I used before for sure

Nyala did excellent work. See you next time! Nyala was punctual and showed up on time. She cleaned up 4 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, one powder room, family room, living and kitchen. She collected garbage and put the bags outside the exit door. She was quite friendly and listened to what I wanted her to focus on. Good job!

She is nice overall but she did vacuum rooms which was not great. There are dust and pieces still on the floor even she vacuum and she agreed that her vacuum cleaner is not good and cannot pick small particles. I believe she needs to have a new better vacuum cleaner to perform her work more efficiently.

Amber was very pleasant & didn’t need 6 hours to clean my home. My bathroom mirror, pictures on the walls & shower doors were left with a cloudy film on them. We had to reclean those areas. She probably used the same cloth or product that was used on the counter. Also, my bedroom furniture had streaks on the wood. I feel bad complaining.
