Shante’ has been coming regularly to clean my apartment and I can’t be more satisfied and happy about that.

She had completed all the work we told her. She made sure everything was clean and showed us the areas cleaned. Definitely will want to book her next time

Terrible. She came with 2 others and said the work listed was too much to do although the woman (Louvre) did his all by herself last time. Marveli said is was too much and left. I called her again a few minutes later and she said she was close to home and wouldn’t come back. Terrible lack of service. 3 baths and floors too much? Ridiculous. Same as last time with only one person.

Once again Portia has helped tremendously in a time of real need her advise and recommendations have helped keep my creative space spotless

Raynold cleaned my apartment and I was not happy with the results , he left trash out and the floors were still dirty . I paid extra to have the sheets washed and they were still wet and the duvet was not put on . I had a guest coming and they were so disappointed when they arrived at how dirty the apartment was . Raynold offered to come back but but that time it was too late .

Overall great cleaning, although cleaner didn’t put many objects back to where she moved them from and did some part of cleaning only upon insistence.

Kiyomi is great. She has her own business so sometimes brings a helper. My favorite is the woman who came today, an older grandmother type who is super sweet and extremely thorough. In the past if there was anything overlooked Kiyomi has made sure to make things right. I appreciate her help in our home.

James is the best cleaner to work in our home. He is kind, diligent, thorough and truly cares about making our home a beautiful space to come home to! I look forward to James helping us with our home every month!

Miya was very nice and professional, but the clean was not very detailed. There was still dust on the floors, some scum in the shower, and the recycling/trash not taken out or restocked with trash bags.

Leslie is amazing! She was so thorough. I asked her to focus on the kitchen and it is completely sparkling down to the grout on the tile floor! She cleaned the oven, the frig, the dishwasher and the tile floor with a spinning brush I have never seen anything like it. I give Leslie 10 out of 5 stars.

Graces Rose was on time for her 2nd cleaning appointment with me. She is pleasant and followed my instructions. She was focused and diligently performed the cleaning process. I am pleased with outcome.

He was extremely precise and efficient. He took the time to be as detailed as possible in the cleaning and was very respectful of my space. He also made sure to ask any questions if he needed to move something and asked me if there was anything in particular I wanted to have cleaned more specifically. Definitely would love to have him again !

Te’ is awesome. I really enjoy working with her. Very professional at everything. Always willing to help provide awesome cleaning suggestions. Te’ is always on point and in tune. At this point she can even read my concerns. Always on time ,ready to work, great with pets and Children ( all ages). You can smell Te’ was in your home and see it.

Isaiah was incredible: punctual, thorough, polite, professional, and good with dogs. My home has never been this clean! His attention to detail and thoroughness was truly impressive! He vacuumed/dusted every nook and cranny and I will definitely be booking him again in the future.

Tai and her partner did a decent job and were quick with the cleanings. Covered all areas and did a nice job with general cleaning. However, there’s opportunity finishing up the nooks and corners. Probably were rushed for their next appointment, but missed few spots like under the couch, under the table, around the garbage can area, and the commode.

I appreciated Marquesha's diligence and willing to make things even better when requested- the space is much better now!

Harrisa was a total professional. She got right to it and did an astounding amount of work on her own due to a glitch in scheduling. She was courteous and thorough. I couldn’t be happier and we are so grateful.

Claudia was good and thorough that’s probably why she didn’t have enough time to do my kitchen and dining room . I bought a 6hour service but only stayed for 3 ,she has a girl with her . I tip her 20 but Ididn’t know that if you tip online you could get credit for it on your next service-just a hint for first time patrons.
