Terrible. She came with 2 others and said the work listed was too much to do although the woman (Louvre) did his all by herself last time. Marveli said is was too much and left. I called her again a few minutes later and she said she was close to home and wouldn’t come back. Terrible lack of service. 3 baths and floors too much? Ridiculous. Same as last time with only one person.

Raynold cleaned my apartment and I was not happy with the results , he left trash out and the floors were still dirty . I paid extra to have the sheets washed and they were still wet and the duvet was not put on . I had a guest coming and they were so disappointed when they arrived at how dirty the apartment was . Raynold offered to come back but but that time it was too late .

Kiyomi is great. She has her own business so sometimes brings a helper. My favorite is the woman who came today, an older grandmother type who is super sweet and extremely thorough. In the past if there was anything overlooked Kiyomi has made sure to make things right. I appreciate her help in our home.

Miya was very nice and professional, but the clean was not very detailed. There was still dust on the floors, some scum in the shower, and the recycling/trash not taken out or restocked with trash bags.

Leslie is amazing! She was so thorough. I asked her to focus on the kitchen and it is completely sparkling down to the grout on the tile floor! She cleaned the oven, the frig, the dishwasher and the tile floor with a spinning brush I have never seen anything like it. I give Leslie 10 out of 5 stars.

Alicia did a wonderful job. She was able to follow all special instructions and was very detailed. She even worked while our 3 small dogs were home. Alicia was prompt and professional and we will definitely ask her back again.

He also made sure to ask any questions if he needed to move something and asked me if there was anything in particular I wanted to have cleaned more specifically. Shanice did a nice job, worked quickly. I would have liked her to do a deeper cleaning and use the mop instead of a swiffer, as that leaves a sticky residue. But I didn’t insist.

Te’ is awesome. I really enjoy working with her. Very professional at everything. Always willing to help provide awesome cleaning suggestions. Te’ is always on point and in tune. At this point she can even read my concerns. Always on time ,ready to work, great with pets and Children ( all ages). You can smell Te’ was in your home and see it.

Isaiah was incredible: punctual, thorough, polite, professional, and good with dogs. My home has never been this clean! His attention to detail and thoroughness was truly impressive! He vacuumed/dusted every nook and cranny and I will definitely be booking him again in the future.
