Raynold cleaned my apartment and I was not happy with the results , he left trash out and the floors were still dirty . I paid extra to have the sheets washed and they were still wet and the duvet was not put on . I had a guest coming and they were so disappointed when they arrived at how dirty the apartment was . Raynold offered to come back but but that time it was too late .

Leslie is amazing! She was so thorough. I asked her to focus on the kitchen and it is completely sparkling down to the grout on the tile floor!
