Kaitlin was awsome again. Without my asking Kaitlin even stopped on her way to my house to buy big bags I needed for my garage and basement cleaning! She does not need to be monitored, and is willing to accommodate my schedule. She is also super friendly and is great with our dog and kitten. Will definitely keep using her for my cleaning projects.

Very easy-going...there was an issue with the app (2 cleaners were given the same appointment)...and she just took it all in stride. Going from a 2-story home to a 1 floor condo is difficult space wise. She is helping unpack and has great ideas to utilize small spaces.

Terri was very nice and attentive. I would have love to see more organization and a deeper bathroom clean. However, the floor looked great.

Maria was absolutely great! I've been working 80 hours a week and have little ones. So in the past month cleaning has been minimal at best. It was so nice to have my home smelling clean and dust free. The only issue was the cleaner she used left a dull residue on my surfaces.

Jeff is exceptionally focused on going a great job and takes pride in his work. He is self motivated, seeks to do what needs to be done vs. watching the clock & avoiding complicated jobs. It sounds like a cliche but he cleans as if it’s his own home & an important event is coming up. Truly conducts himself like a pro who understands his reputation is his product.

I was a bit nervous as this was the first time I've ever hired someone to do some deep cleaning and I was feeling a bit self conscious about the state of things. The floors throughout the house has a "film" that I needed to clean off the floors. Not as satisfied with this cleaning as in the past. I will discuss this with Maria at the next cleaning. I also took pictures to show what the floors looked like.

While Edineia was dedicated to cleaning and given numerous assignments, she suddenly stated that she was no longer going to clean the home. Our payments to her exceeded the standard rate and we always paid whatever she requested. She may not be a right fit for a long term commitment. You should still give her an opportunity. Its possible our home was too large of a project.

Rich is a young guy who I didn’t expect. He was definitely a cool guy who cleaned and organized my space far far far far far better than I could. He asked the right questions, followed directions and left me feeling like I made a great choice with this app. I plan to request him directly for all my cleaning requests.

Edineia was fast and very thorough. I couldn't find a speck of dust in the whole house after she was finished. She spoke very little English but she used a translation app on her phone and it was fine.

Maria was very good about communicating and showed up on-time. She did a good job on general cleaning and was very open to doing some deeper cleaning like wiping down the shelves inside the refrigerator and wiping down all the wooden doors in my house.

She got right to work after I gave her a tour of the house and even though I had an unexpected appointment, she was finished in time for me to leave. When I notice her mop was leaving the laminate floor too wet, she immediately went back over it with a dry mop.
