The floors on the first floor were cleaned well and I would have appreciated more cleaning in the upstairs bathroom tub.

Best cleaning. Floors were scrubbed well! And bathrooms were very clean minus a spot on the toilet. The stovetop wasn’t clean enough though.

I requested bathrooms, floors and dusting and that was completed. The cleaner used for the floors left blotches and did not look good. The shower door was not cleaned well either. Hopefully another cleaning product can be used along with more attention to the shower door.

Hillary did a wonderful job. My house never looked so clean. She is very thorough and fast. She worked hard and the place looks great.

I was very disappointed with Shanika when I found out she was padding her hours. She charged me for 3 hrs and she was only here for 1 and a half hrs. The next time she charged me for 3 hrs but she was only here for 2 hrs. I had 3 brand new containers of Lysol wipes and when she left 2 of them were missing. I did ask her these incidents with no response back

Ayotunde takes pride in her work and asked me what I wanted to accomplish in the time allotted. She continued to communicate with me throughout the appointment, but I feel she could’ve worked more quickly.

Ms. Angel did exactly what was needed. She was thorough and non judgmental. She even steamed cleaned my cabinets and boy was it needed. I would recommend her services.

Very personable, but a little unorganized. She may have been distracted or anxious when leaving and couldnt find her phone. She went back into my house,and picked up a phone and got into her car and immediately drove away. I was going to rate her but could not find my phone. My initial appointment was canceled literally 15mns before she was to arrive & I had a 5hr slot. I requested another cleaner & by the grace of GOD got Frank. Awesome guy & cleaner..he got a lot done from 11 to 3 & was very polite & courteous. My cleaner from now on.
