Everything was great with the cleaning service except my bed sheets were not cleaned. This should be a standard part of a four hour cleaning appointment.

I was very pleased with Kandalynn. She communicated promptly prior to our appointment & she did an excellent job. In a 3 hour appointment, she worked very steadily to meet my cleaning goals. In my 5 room apartment, she dusted & swiffered, vacumned & mopped then steamed the floors. It's spotless. Thank you!!

Rena was great. We have had several cleaners in our home and never called any back. I would definitely book her again. My mother Loved her.

Bernell said he is new to the company. He went to work immediately after his arrival. He cleaned a mirror but obviously must not had any mirror cleaner. He dusted bedroom furniture but never cleaned the base of the furniture. He left 15 minutes earlier than scheduled.

Fantastic job as always! Marnique found a way to fit me in super last-minute before I had to leave my apartment for a month, and it was so appreciated! She did an amazing job.

Nichole was great! I had a filthy glass shower with hard water spots. She worked hard getting it New shower clean and applied treatment to help prevent spots in the future.

Work the full 6 hours I paid for, very courteous polite and enjoyable to talk to. Still kept busy while holding conversations and for as much work as our house had she did a fantastic job. Would recommend to anyone and we'll probably use again myself.

Cleaner was late. Went over alloted time so I had to pay extra for her to complete job. Didn't tell me she was leaving and left my door unlocked but called me to tell me she needed more time to clean. But the house was clean.

She did a good job. The only reasons I did not give a great score is because my oven was not cleaned and I paid extra for it to be done. Also I felt my floors could have been cleaned better.
