Kellie was very friendly and paid attention to the areas of focus. While it did take a little longer than planned, this was expected as she is a one man team. We’re trialing new home cleaners, as our current cleaner has a foursome that is in and out in an hour, but things frequently get missed because of this. There were no missed areas after Kellie left. We will definitely use her again.

Carla was great and a good fit for my house. Unlike some others, she kept her appointment and showed up on time. Once here, she made it a point to familiarize herself with my house and applied detailed cleaning to the agreed upon areas. Thank you Carla for a job well done.

I think if you want the daily cleaning Kellie is fine. But I got deep cleaning assignment but I have to clean everything again by myself. Maybe the residual is not something she could clean from her tools. I asked her to clean two bathrooms but did not meet my expection.

Amanda is very steady and methodical in her cleaning. I don’t have an easy house to clean and she did great her first time.

She did a good job, but forgot to clean the kitchen counters. She came in and got right to work very efficiently!

She is very good with communicating up front of the services actually provided. She informed me the additional pricing for different or additional services. I really appreciated that. She did an excellent job in half the time scheduled. To that note I probably talked her head off. Definitely want to schedule future appointments with her.

Breanna did amazing. She provided excellent customer service, worked quickly, and did a great job. I was on site for the clean, so she also asked if I wanted to look the place over when she was done, to ensure it was to my standards, and then asked if there was anything she missed or that I wanted her to go over again.

Floors were cleaned good with bleach which I liked and made it smell better. Bathrooms good, but missed basic surfaces so I called back and she returned and cleaned those well.

Cleaning was excellent, but when paying for 6 hours- the cleaner should be allowed to do other basic things to fulfill the time paid for instead of leaving early.

Kyleè was awesome. Was on time and very friendly. Asked exactly what I wanted clean. She did an awesome job. Everything was perfect. Hope to have her for more cleanings.
