Good work however incomplete in the kitchen - I noticed later. Clean dishes were put in the sink and had to be rewashed. Bathroom tub and counter cleaned but floor was only partially cleaned. AS I am disabled this service will not work for me. You have charged me for several months of no service. Please delete this payment request.

Refund please could not reschedule, he could not do it on his end because it would not allow five no activate. I know his profile is what he told me. I tried to get a different cleaner several times before my appointment and was unsuccessful. I also tried asking him to cancel it on his ear, and he told me he could not.

May 5, 2023, was my first encounter and there was no cleaning on that day because I learned before she arrived that my builder was going to re-paint the interior of my home. I explained to her that after the painting was completed, I would schedule a cleaning. Alexis was very pleasant and personable.

I understand Shyra was sick but I unfortunately noticed after the cleaner had gone that the garage and office garage was not cleaned. The laundry room was cleaned and the master bathroom tub was not scrubbed. Also noticed that the floor is mopped which is good but not swept.
