The first appointment was rescheduled by the cleaner. May 5, 2023, was my first encounter and there was no cleaning on that day because I learned before she arrived that my builder was going to re-paint the interior of my home. I explained to her that after the painting was completed, I would schedule a cleaning. Alexis was very pleasant and personable.

Showers were not cleaned, it was not swept under the pack and play, the shower curtain was pulled closed and the babies bathroom wasn’t touched. Some areas like the sinks and toilets were cleaned very well.
