Refund please could not reschedule, he could not do it on his end because it would not allow five no activate. I know his profile is what he told me. I tried to get a different cleaner several times before my appointment and was unsuccessful. I also tried asking him to cancel it on his ear, and he told me he could not.

I understand Shyra was sick but I unfortunately noticed after the cleaner had gone that the garage and office garage was not cleaned. The laundry room was cleaned and the master bathroom tub was not scrubbed. Also noticed that the floor is mopped which is good but not swept.

Hi Nia, Kitchen was great, but master bathroom was not done … tub or shower only the vanity and I asked for dusting in the master bedroom it was not done and you left early .
