We were able to make a plan with her and she took off and was very independent. We appreciated this since we have 3 small children and managing them is a handful!

Cleaning of surfaces including appliances was amazing. The opportunity is on the floors, you can see stuff left in the bathroom floors, shower and sink. To be candid, it looked like the bathroom was not swept well. Overall it was a good job considering how the house looked prior to her coming.

She was very detailed and started right away. By the time that I came home from work, my house was impeccably clean, including all of the extras that I added, my fridge, cabinets and mirrors are spotless clean. BEST SERVICE EVER!

Overall great work; however, streaking on glass and mirror in bathroom and whatever cloth was used in the bathroom has left a very strong musty smell that has permeated the entire second floor. We look forward to having Kingsley clean our home again, but will provide our own cleaning supplies to prevent the odor from happening again.

Bathroom sink was left w/a dirt ring. Shower was left with Comet residue and bottom corners of shower walls were not cleaned also the step into the shower had a line of dirt left. Customer service communication was good.
