Regina did a very good job. She wasn't only on time, she was early. She sat on her car and waited until 1:00 p.m. and then came to the door 5 minutes early. That's really a pro. She cleaned very well. She's very pleasant. And she has all of her own stuff. I will be using her again.

What she completed was good, but did not finish. Floors in kitchen and main area not mopped and laundry room untouched. Not sure about repeat? I did give her a cash tip for the time she was here.

When Regime arrived, early, I showed her all my rooms and told her what I wanted done in each room. She was thorough. I left her alone and I went to my back porch and worked on laundry. I told her if she had any questions to come to back porch. I stayed out of her way. I was very satisfied.she did everything I asked her to do and some!

Catlin did not finish the job. She said she would be today approximately at 330pm to 4pm. She did not show and texted me I cancelled the apptment. I did not!!!!!!! She texted me she would come back tomorrow 330pm to 4pm. When I texted her back. I got a message that message failed. I desperately need her to come per her message. Sarah is friendly and professional. She was in my home for 3 hours and looked to be diligently cleaning (although to be fair, I wasn't watching as I was in my home office most of the time). Most of the house was cleaned but apparently 3 hours was not enough to completely clean the floors and fold laundry. Hopefully next time!

There were only a couple items forgotten which is aging for a first time visit especially when she planned for 3 hours and worked for 4 1/2. I forgot the 2 items myself so she still deserves a 5!!
