Terry was very thorough and very polite. I would love to have Terry come back. He has a pet so really understood things and had some good recommendations.

Spoke English well, seemed to need a lot of directions though. Could have done a better job on mopping the floors. Decent job overall, could be improved.

Great husband and wife team and they were extremely diligent with all bathrooms and common areas.. even got to our windows in the short period they were here! The mop left a slight odor after, but everything else was PERFECTION!

Very nice, but asked what had to be done all the time. Didn't bring cleaning supplies. Made beds very nicely, and bathrooms left sparkling clean. Didn't clean the kitchen , nor the appliances on the outside. All the time with her cel phone on, speaking.

Catlin did not finish the job. She said she would be today approximately at 330pm to 4pm. She did not show and texted me I cancelled the apptment. I did not!!!!!!! She texted me she would come back tomorrow 330pm to 4pm. When I texted her back. I got a message that message failed. I desperately need her to come per her message. Queens was very personable and handled our troop of dogs gracefully. Overall her work was good. She didn’t have time to get to the additional service we signed up for but she did only charge us for the hours she worked.

This was our second appointment with Giovanny and I am just as pleased! Unfortunately we had a spill in the oven and it was heated after that by accident- what a mess! Now the oven looks brand-new! You would never know. This is just one example of the prode Giovanny takes in his work.

He did an amazing job the apartment was cleaner then when we moved in last march Awesome job can’t wait til he comes back
