Cleaning time depends on the mess so if more time is needed,add it. If you have pets you are responsible for providing your own working vacuum. After some scheduling issues due to snowy weather Delena showed up on the rescheduled day. She had her work cut out for her due to us having some recent health issues. She got right to work and did a great job on the Kitchen including a bunch of dishes. She had to leave due to a family emergency but we talked about her coming back weekly. Overall we are very satisfied and appreciate the help.
