Akilah was very communicative and showed up on time (early even!) and after asking what my priorities were, got right to work! She was thorough and comfortable asking questions if needed and reviewed the cleaning with me at the end to make sure I was satisfied. I was very satisfied and would definitely book again!! He cleaned well but my husband detected smoking scent when he entered our home. Also he seemed forgetful and not thorough with room cleaning. I had to point out a few missed items like closet mirror not cleaned, and steps not swept or vacuumed.
