Cinthia communicated very well prior to cleaning and did a great job. One key item was missed because she didn't get my notes but she called and offered to go back which I declined. I will request her again.

4 stars because some surfaces were not cleaned such as the bar cart. Also the balcony wasn’t swept. Otherwise good.

Kendra really went above and beyond by getting the grit off my windows. She truly didn’t have to but I appreciated it so much! Even offered to scatter seeds for some cool plants so I’d have a nicer view of some wildlife outside. It’s always a pleasure having her in my home.

Anna did a great job. She’s detailed in cleaning and I’m happy with her skills in cleaning my bathrooms, kitchen stove, oven and toaster oven.

Yes, she worked hard and did a great job. Unfortunately, we never learned Spanish and it was a little hard to communicate with her. I think we would prefer going forward to have somebody that speaks English but we really appreciated her work.

A very conscientious worker. Knows what needs to be done and does it. I explained what areas I wanted her to concentrate on and cleaning was done in these areas in the allotted time. I especially liked that she put things away (boxed/canned food items and dishes from dishwasher) in cupboards and cabinets exactly where they go with little to no direction. I would definitely hire again.

Whitney is very nice. Our house needed a serious deep cleaning. We set up the priorities. She completed all of priorities. She worked continuously for 6 hours. I don't think my bathrooms and floors have ever liked so good. We have schedule another visit for 2 weeks from now, and our priorities have been discussed. Thank you, Whitney

Due to my limited funds I only can budget for 2 hours. I asked her to help me with specific cleaning tasks and she did everything I asked! Her cleaning product smells really good!! 2 hours doesn’t cover my entire home but it covers essentials.

What she did clean was done well but she left A LOT undone. She kept stopping to talk about random things and how much time she had available. She spent at least 15 minutes talking and arrived 15 minutes

She didn't get everything done that I thought should have been completed within the timeframe, but on the flip side she did a very thorough job deep cleaning the parts she did. On balance it was a good job, and I'd just book more time to compensate for the amount of deep cleaning she did.
