Melvin had great communication. He’s the only one that has ever called and confirmed the appointment. He checked everything off the list. He even cleaned the window openings! He had me check all his work before he left to make sure that it was satisfactory. It was better then satisfactory, he did an excellent job.

He cleaned well but my husband detected smoking scent when he entered our home. Also he seemed forgetful and not thorough with room cleaning. I had to point out a few missed items like closet mirror not cleaned, and steps not swept or vacuumed.
