What he did was good, but even though he was here for six hours and I was helping him by moving things out of his way and getting things put back not everything was able to get done.

Phyllis is wonderful! She gets everything sparkling and even does some deep cleaning. I hope we can always book with her.

Susan did a wonderful job! I hope that I can always get Susan and have her on Thursdays, as I am getting older I am not able to do my floors like I use to. Susan was a wonderful help!!!

Sarah did a great job doing everything we asked downstairs and for one bathroom upstairs. She did not get to the master bathroom in the allotted 3 hours of time, so we will focus on that next time.

I enjoy Erin very much. She's great at her job and enjoys all 6 of my cats. The extensive cat hair does not bother her. I do try to keep it up with my robot vac, but there is always hair.

Alexis was very helpful. They arrived on time and began working immediately. He was a quiet worker which was appreciated. Alexis was very thorough and even assisted with packing since I was moving. I’d highly recommend Alexis & would request them again.

Was billed twice but it was fixed. I originally scored 1 to get this cleared but received a refund for the duplicate cleaning. Scoring 4 because the bottom floor wasn’t touched at all but it’s fine

This service is difficult to use and I have no idea why she was taking off my cleaning schedule as she and I were both told the other person canceled and we did not. Sebastian did a great job, especially on my banister and stairs. Over all the house looked great and I recommend him! The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the dishes weren't done. As a single working mom, I would prefer the dishes be done over the sofas being vacuumed out. That is my only critique. Very friendly. Good work.

First let me say, I am quite pleased with Damian work ethic. He was on time for scheduled cleaning, which was a plus for me with previous experience. He completed the work 30 mins earlier, which is a 1st most cleaners asked for additional time. Every room was done as requested, show professionalism and paid attention to details.
