Orlando was open to critique. And completed specific tasks I pointed out before leaving. Only got a 4 star for punctuality.

Jerry cleaned my house exceptionally well. He was timely. Communicated tasks and inquired about expectations. He was very thorough cleaning. Good eye for detail.

Christopher is very professional and a good guy from what I can tell. He did everything I needed him to do. Five stars

Dominique completed everything perfectly. She’s amazing. I only want to have her as my housekeeper!

Both were very kind & efficient . Would have been 5 stars if liner was placed in trash cans in kitchen & a little more folding of the laundry. Closet organization. I will continue to use the same people :) zone & husband

Markeis did a nice job. He was several hours behind the start time, and I had to initiate conversation to confirm he was still coming. Outside of that he completed the focus areas I requested and the house looks great. Would book again.

Dominique was good. Our house was very dirty had not been cleaned by a cleaning company since before covid. She did a good job getting everything back up to snuff for us.

Elvera was very sweet and asked questions during the initial walkthrough so she knew what I expected. She worked quickly and was able to get everything I asked for. We rebooked and look forward to our next appointment.

Overall a good job. He was pleasant and focused on the job. He encouraged me to review his work for any items that did not meet expectations. He did not have a proper vacuum for carpeted areas. A swifer or similar device would be beneficial for hardwood and laminate floor area as well. Missed cleaning a section of the dining area that was not noticed until he left.

She is very self conscious about her cleaning and made sure I approved. She had me inspect every room and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction.

Tia was very thorough and has a lot of professional cleaning experience. I would definitely hire her again!

On ;his last cleaning, he picked up a sock in my sweeper and we thought it was finished. However, the worst part was he didn't tell me. Also, he is consistently late. 1 t0 2 hours. I thought the cleaners brought their own equipment? Sorry to be negative, but the sweeper could have been ruined and it is expensive.

Anika was punctual, completed the job in a timely manner and was attentive to us as we showed her the needs/outlay of the home. We were satisfied with the job Anika did in our home.

She did what I had asked for the bathrooms, floors, and outside of kitchen cabinets and carpet vacuuming. It was good to have it done.

3 Hours goes fast for sure, and even though we didn't get everything done that we wanted; what was done was exceptional. She got a lot more done than I could have so I truly appreciate it.

For a one man show, he did pretty well. Some things were missed but others showed great attention to detail.

Anika worked hard througout and got the job done but she kept complaining about almost all the tasks which made the situation uncomfortable.

Very polite and thorough. She was a very good sport about my dogs constantly harassing her while she was trying to clean (sorry!) and did a great job. She even washed a mountain of dishes I had let pile up.

We love Raphaala! She was prompt, polite and respectful and full of positive energy. She paid attention to details, such as putting things back where they were after dusting/cleaning surfaces and the windowsills.

Antonio came in and went right to work. He did everything he was supposed to do and the house is spotless. If I could have given him 10 stars, I would. He was tipped generously.

He did a very good job and he was very friendly. We gave him a 10.00tip. We didn’t know to give it on line. We need cleaning every 6 weeks. Saturday’s are usually good. Antonio is fine

I put in a special request for Crystal to focus on our bathrooms, and she did not disappoint! She got our hard to clean stall showers spotless and even managed to get a year old hair dye stain off my white countertop. Would definitely recommend her!
