There were areas of the house that were such a mess I let him know it was optional, if he didn't want to touch it that was fine -BUT! He even took care of those areas for me. He brought a positive energy along with him, was friendly to my dogs, and overall just did an amazing job.

Jervanna is very personable and willing to clean whatever you want her to. She did a good job cleaning most things, but I did notice that the master bath had some smears on counters and mirrors, as well as some dusty areas on the floor. I'm sure if I had noticed these things while she was still present, she would have fixed them. I would definitely try her again.

Kee cleaned very well the areas he cleaned, but missed dusting in a few areas. He also did not clean bathroom countertop or toilet. He appears to need to be specifically told what to clean. He just needs some experience. A Very personable chap.

I don’t know if 3 hours isn’t enough to clean our home well , but there were lots Of surfaces that didn’t get touched — Especially for dusting . Also, things that got moved for cleaning ( trash cans, bathroom scale) did not get put back in their original position. I think I would like to try another cleaner next month to compare ! Thanks

AMAZING job. Completely above what I expected. Not only did she get some things cleaner than any other service has in years but she also went above and beyond in multiple areas. Knock knacks were cleaned, towels were folded and organized, and best of all she was there 5 minutes early. Can't say enough good things.

He did a good job. He ended up getting some areas where other cleaners missed and also spent his time wisely. Had extra time and he made sure he used it to do anything more I needed. I will say there were a few places he cleaned really well and then others where I can tell he missed some places. He is friendly but sometimes rambles on. Overall he did a good job.
