As always, Kelly was great! I needed to take a nap and she took great care to me quiet as to not disturb me. I love it!

This is by far the best cleaning I have had yet. Though it started bad with her late arrival shepre than made up for it by great attention to detail.

Ethan is wonderful but I don’t think I’m going to keep the service. I recently had a heart attack and can’t pay for it anymore.

Melody was amazing! She had to come to my house and clean for the first time while I am in the hospital. She had to navigate my housecleaning to the best of her ability and she did an awesome job. Can’t wait to have her out again :-)

Jennifer is clean my house multiple times now I've even given her a key and let her do it on days that fit better for our schedules without me being there with very little Direction she does a tremendous job keeping my house in the fashion I like it all I can say is if you want your house done right Jennifer is the person to go to!

Very happy with Jenny. She has been the only cleaner to actually clean the grout on my bathroom floor (which is a task that I hate -we just tried an acid wash too) and giving it some extra love she seemed to make the grout look so clean.

He was great, this is my busy work time of the year and I have problems getting things done. He cleaned our downstairs family room which had not been dusted in a long while and the bathroom. The kitchen really shines.

First visit sp my home was new to her. Very nice, hard worker, couple of misses but probably just oversite. She has a stick broom but definitely needs a vacuum for carpets.

Kimberlyann was very quick but also cleaned very thoroughly. I have had a lot of cleaners, but she is top of the list!

Laurie did a thorough job cleaning and was flexible with a special project I had her help me with. She has a lot of experience and did a great job.

Melody did a VERY thorough cleaning. She was late getting started, but stayed until most of the work was done.

Megan repotted my dephambachia, which was very overgrown. She brought potting soil. She’s a hard worker, so I don’t feel bad when she isn’t a full 2 hours.

The cleaning Prentice did was great, but he didn't have enough time to finish. I think it was a combination of 2 hours not being enough, first time at the house, and he's very thorough which slows him down. Living, Family, Dining, Primary, and 2.5 baths was too much for 2 hours. Is it possible to add a 2nd person for the 2 hours and I'll pay for 4 hours?

Good cleaning, hard working cleaner. The floors and bathroom were my biggest priority and she did good for the most part. Just a few missed corners.

Nice lady—Not great with time management or details. Stovetop, kitchen counters, microwave not cleaned. Many surfaces left undusted.

I liked working with Amanda. She was great and did everything I asked for the right way. I was disappointed when we did not get her for our second cleaning. (I tipped her in person). If we don't get continuous service with the same person (almost) every time, I am going to switch providers. I don't like having a parade of new people that I have to train each time.

Ashley was pleasant and friendly. Fairly good clean overall. More specifically, ashley arrived later than planned and could have executed more attention to detail eg some spots still had dust, sinks and taps had water marks, one was bed not made up, sofa pillows and throws not tidied up, wet floor smelled dirty, so perhaps mop wasn’t as clean as it should be.

Taija is THE BEST! She does an amazing job at whatever task I ask of her and she’s just a delight to work with!

Aura confirmed she’d arrive at 8:30, and texted shortly after saying she was on her way, but did show up until 9:45 - it wasn’t a big deal because I didn’t have anywhere I had to be right afterwards, but I was starting to get concerned. Didn’t quite get everything done, but it’s a big house. She was friendly and worked hard.

Sarah was terrific! Thorough, fast, and I loved that she shared the products she used so I can maintain it in between cleanings.

She really made things sparkle. I had been very low energy since a few medical issues in 2022. I needed someone to help me get things back in order. I felt very comfortable with her in my home. She 'dazzled' me.

Prompt, through. Denise arrived on time, was shown the house and a brief discussion/expecting voiced. She dove right in. Everything sparkled when she was done.

She did exactly as I asked her to answer was very helpful and easy to worm with oncluding when my dogs barked and barked.
