Cleaning time depends on the mess so if more time is needed,add it. If you have pets you are responsible for providing your own working vacuum. Other clients may be allergic to pets as to why I refuse to use my vacuum. Please and thank you.

Thank you Jamie! Had to rebook, she was two hours late the first time and almost two hours late for our rebook. The house looks clean although there were a few things out of place when they left, not a big deal. We have a large house and they even stayed a bit longer to ensure it was done. Overall pretty happy with it.
