Alexander was on time, and professional! Since it was the first time, it took longer than 4 hrs and she was unable to clean the basement but she did wonderful what ever she was able to clean. i will be happy to use her again.

I can't say enough on how satified I am with Rosemarys' work done in my home. She's been exceptional and goes beyond what is expected. I actually had a 3 hour service that I thought I'd have to cut back on but "she did it" and even my husband was surprised. I believe I made the right choice from the "get go". She is Fantastic!! My bedroom closet and bathroom took all the time ot really needed a deep cleaning. I have a very large shower which took a lot of time. I have her coming back Tuesday to finish up the rest of the house.. Very pleased!!

Lawrence did a great job. He cleaned exactly as I asked. Had no problem when I asked he use my mop and bucket to clean the floors (personal preference). He's also friendly and upbeat - Wish I had his energy!

I wasn’t that impressed with my first appointment. It seems this company sends a cleaner your way, they do a minimal job cleaning then sucker you in on a membership. I found the verbiage of the website/product to be confusing. I did not realize I was signing up for a membership until charged subsequent months.

Lawrence you seemed a little off today. The upstairs bathroom floor didn't get mopped, the ceiling fan didn't get dusted & parts of the kitchen floor were not cleaned. What you cleaned was fine. Hope everything's ok.

It was good. Only problem was my baseboards that I requested did not get done and taters in my shower where my shampoo and conditioner sit did not get done, surfaces in living room did not get wiped.. everything else was good.

This man is a miracle worker. My apartment didn't look this clean and organized when I first moved in! He cleaned the baseboards and appliances and I didn't even ask for that!
