We LOVE Keishia! Our lives have been a bit more hectic than usual and we hadn't folded any laundry and had stuff everywhere from attempting to organize our garage. Cleaning was excellent. I am cancelling the plan due to Dashboard errors. This appointment was originally for 9/9. I received a confirmation text for 9/9 for two hours. Somehow the date was changed to Monday 9/11. As every Monday I have medical appointments there is NO way I would have changed.I do not need the stress. It's over. I tipped in cash as it was not Carmen's fault .

Overall it was good. I had asked for my stairs to be vacuumed and that did. It happen. It does not look like around the backdoor was vacuumed very well. I am not sure if it is your vacuum not working well. It is disappointing to pay for a cleaning and then I have to go behind and clean.
