Amy and her team were not overwhelmed by the amount of dog hair in my house,they jumped right in.our kitchen cabinets were sticky from grease.That was my priority as soon as Amy found that, she did a breif inspectionand got busy, her team worked well together.it was a pleasureto have them at my house, AND, my house looks great.

Amazing work baseboards and floors were Sparking. The major bathroom that was abandoned was brand new and usable again! They did amazing work on my mothers home who had Alzheimer’s dementia. It needed slot of work and they did great with the time they had! I recommend him and his wife were great!

Our house is not a clean house. Most of the time I’m embarrassed it’s so bad. Theresa walked right into a cleaning buzz saw and worked steadily through the mess. Also worked while doing laundry. I’m using her again if she’s got the guts to work here again.

He absolutely figured out how to get the dog hair out. He should specialize in that. Pleasant and hard worker. My tile has never been cleaner. A full day of his work would make things sparkle floor to ceiling.

Gina does everything she can to take care of the things I ask of her, even though they're different every time she comes lol. Sometimes it's barely even possible in the time I've paid but she manages. I've had several cleaners now and if Gina isn't available, I'll reschedule.

Generally well, there were some things missed. The dinning room chairs were not moved to clean under the table, the entry mats were not swept, or the kitchen mat move to clean the floor. The pantry was not swept either. A large shelf on the main bedroom wasn't dusted.

Some things look great like the fridge. Other things don’t look touched. Like kids beds weren’t made Tile in kitchen doesn’t look swept or mopped. Wondering if she did the kids room other than a quick vacuum ? We were gone all day.

Overall happy with the service Steven provided , all rooms were completed , all furniture was dusted as asked , blinds were dusted and completed Steven was detailed in his goals to make sure each and every room was completely cleaned !
