SUPERB! I was working from home today and very busy. Raquel cleaned quietly the entire time and when I finally got off calls and was ready to take a break, she was finished! Cleaning was excellent. I am cancelling the plan due to Dashboard errors. This appointment was originally for 9/9. I received a confirmation text for 9/9 for two hours. Somehow the date was changed to Monday 9/11. As every Monday I have medical appointments there is NO way I would have changed.I do not need the stress. It's over. I tipped in cash as it was not Carmen's fault .

Amazing work, on time, honest, managers the time well and gets it done in the time requested. His crew is super friendly and personable, doesn't my let communication with the homeowner interfere with the time they spend cleaning. Defiantly recommend. He's my top cleaner of choice.

Pricilla worked by herself for 5 hours. She cleaned the main areas such as 2 bathrooms and mopped all the floors in every room. She clean the kitchen but never washed the dishes or put them in the dishwasher. She just left them sitting in the sink. I finally put them in the dishwasher. Overall she did a great job on all the basic cleaning.

I wanna say Jimmy I thought did a good job cleaning the bathroom etc. But I did not realize the lady he brought did not clean the back spare room. Plus it was suppose to be 3hr. Cleaning they left after 2hrs.

Julie was great! I felt comfortable with her, and she was very interested in helping me in the areas I requested. My bathroom area I was most impressed with as I did have some mildew/mold in some areas of the grout in my shower and bench seat. She really took her time and the results showed. I would definitely recommend her!

Jimmy was very polite and did a good job with his cleaning. The only thing I would complain about is that he used dish soap in my dish washer and I have dish washer pods, now I have a dish washer full of suds and I have to run the washer again to get rid of all of the soap. All in all he did a good job.

I thought your service is 3 hrs? He did a good cleaning but he left without letting me know and my door was unlocked.

We enjoyed his cleaning. He came in early and quickly got to work. He was thorough and efficient. He moved furnitures and appliances around to make sure he covers everything. He also shared a couple of cleaning tips which were helpful. Highly recommend.

She was nice and showed up on time. My biggest concerns were my floors being clean. Unfortunately under the coffee table was not clean and the bathroom floors were not scrubbed. I have a 100% tiled bathroom floor shower to door. The house was dusted well, beds were made, and dishes were clean.

Cassie does more than clean our house- she offers advice and encouragement. She helps us create a calm tidy space that we are happy to come home to, which can be a challenge with our three small kiddos. My mental health is always improved when she visits.

There were some communication errors at the beginning but that was due to the app. Despite her overworked schedule and landing in the ER out of exhaustion, she showed up to an automated appointment that didn’t allow either one of us to cancel. I would say the company needs lots of improvements.

Pretty good. Some streaks and spots left. She charged for three hours but was here for two hours with another person. I guess that equals out.

This is my third time with Jamie and I would not use anyone else. She does exactly what she is asked, is super respectful, doesn't ask any inappropriate questions, honest, focused on her business and pays attention to the little details.
