She took the time to text and also let me know she would still work the scheduled amount of time. Not only did she clean thoroughly, our home smells good too. Brandon was fabulous! We just moved into a very old home, and Brandon did a great job getting our bathroom and kitchen in working order. She even took the time to clean up some baseboards. Not only was he prompt, professional, and hard-working, but he also played with and loved on our dog. We can’t wait to have Brandon back!

The Pergo floors still have a sticky residue. It's not your cleaning, it's the cleaning product you are using. I steam clean the floors without any soap. If you want, you can use my steam cleaner for the floors next time. You are a very good worker. Thanks and see you next time.

I try to straighten up and declutter (although she readily will put things away) but I’d rather her spend her time at what she is really excellent at - making things spotless, shiny and clean. She is very very good.

I thought this was going to be 4 hr deep clean. My cleaner left to sit in car. My ceiling fans not clean. My counters not cleaned. Windows not cleaned. Mirrors not properly cleaned. Dusting… lamps etc . not moved. Did not vacume under my couch.
