The Pergo floors still have a sticky residue. It's not your cleaning, it's the cleaning product you are using. I steam clean the floors without any soap. If you want, you can use my steam cleaner for the floors next time. You are a very good worker. Thanks and see you next time.

Allesa was great! My floors are so clean I can walk on them without feeling any grit under my feet - and let me tell you - with a cat, dog and toddler that is saying something! She was thorough, kind and I will definitely be asking to rebook.

Nicole did an awesome job! She actually mopped out the door when leaving-as to not leave footprints! I'd be happy to have her back for future cleanings-very happy!

The cleaning looked wonderful! Unfortunately the laundry was missed and I haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone about that. /: I checked my service agreement and it does say I added laundry. Everything else looked great though!

She did great work. I’m very satisfied. I gave her a tip here at the house. I didn’t know you could do that on line.

I try to straighten up and declutter (although she readily will put things away) but I’d rather her spend her time at what she is really excellent at - making things spotless, shiny and clean. She is very very good.

Harlinda has been the best person that has come out to clean my house so far! She was so thoro, brought great equipment and cleaning products, reached out to me a couple of days before to make sure we weren't allergic to any products and to see if there was anything else she needed to know.
