Cassie is the absolute best. I went through a few people before finally finding Cassie. I’m comfortable with her and I really appreciate all the details she just automatically addresses. I have 3 dogs and a muddy yard (being leveled) and my floors are just gross most of the time, so thankfully Cassie is a rockstar on helping me see my floors clean and the hair all gone.

Djavan and his helper were one of the best cleaners we've had in a while. Few aspects we can definitely improve on but I hope they will return again.

Latorien was a joy to have. She spent her time cleaning and my home looked great. As it is a new construction, there were some spots that still had dust/dirt in hard to reach spots, but overall, the cleaning was great. I even ran my hands across the baseboards and no dust! Will definitely book her again.

There were spots on the floor (beneath a small movable brown ottoman) that weren’t swept or mopped and the floor didn’t look or smell very clean. Additionally, I did not get asked if another non-background person could be on my property, and you came with your husband.

She made sure I was ok with what she was doing and even let me know before leaving and to check over anything else I may need her to do . I felt comfortable with her cleaning my home. Her service is excellent.

Medina has done a good job. I appreciate her doing on her own and got all the corners etc., But one thing i would say is the cloths she used for the wiping the surface leave some moist dirt, not sure why may be the cloth has not been cleaned before using on another surface. Othere wise she has done a good job.

Cleaning was really good. I have mentioned in notes to bring a vaccum for cleaning and the one she got was only good for carpets. Hence couldn't vaccum the entire house as I didn't have carpets.

She's friendly, she has great attention to detail, and she is also very considerate. Overall I am pleased with our home. The only thing that I didn't like was that her helper was parked outside of our house and Kienna took a long time to leave after the job was done. Perhaps she was just trying to build a rapport with me but I was tired and ready to relax. I am still likely to use her again.
